Stephanie was born and raised in the Bay Area and moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 2018, She knows the River Road, Marina, and Salinas areas and the families who make their home here. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Davis, giving her an advantage to understanding environmental reports and impacts to real estate. Stephanie also has experience with construction and permitting with local agencies on the Monterey Peninsula.
